Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you give us on this site. The data controller is the owner of the southern half of Woodhill House, Kentish Lane, Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire, who is selling it. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you ask for a viewing we collect your name and email address. We also collect your phone number, when suits you, and where you first saw the house, if you give them. We also record which link brought you to the site (for example a letter or an advert). We do not collect anything else, and we do not ask for financial details.

Why we use it

Only to arrange and follow up a viewing of the house. The legal basis is that you asked us to take these steps, and our legitimate interest in selling the house.

Who sees it

The family. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless you ask us to. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it is kept

In a database run for us by Cloudflare, and in our email inbox. Cloudflare and our email provider process it for us and use it for nothing else.

How long we keep it

Until the sale completes, then six months, after which we delete it.

Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. It records pages viewed and the site you came from. No cookies are set, so there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to our using it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
